Responsibilities
- Develop innovative landscape designs that align with client objectives and project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for landscape projects using design software.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.
- Conduct site analysis and assessments to determine project feasibility and constraints.
- Ensure all designs comply with local zoning laws, environmental regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the implementation of landscape projects to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
- Present design concepts and updates to clients and stakeholders.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect with [X] years of experience in landscape design and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of landscape projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Excellent visualization and 3D modeling skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
