Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and experience in managing construction projects from inception to completion. As a Civil Engineer at Odoo, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities
- Design and plan civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and other infrastructure.
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, reports, and specifications using design software.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and owners to ensure project success.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks and address issues as they arise.
- Provide technical advice and support to project teams and clients.
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
- 5 years of experience in civil engineering and project management.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Odoo experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of sustainable engineering practices is a plus.
